Delivery Policy
1. General Provisions
This Delivery Policy governs the terms and conditions of delivery for goods purchased on the website coldorcom.md, operated by COLDORCOM SRL.
2. Delivery Area
Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Delivery to other countries is agreed individually.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on product availability and the delivery region and usually are:
- within Chișinău: 1–2 business days
- within Moldova: 2–5 business days
Timeframes may change depending on workload or force majeure circumstances.
4. Delivery Cost
The delivery cost is calculated individually and depends on:
- order volume and weight
- delivery address
The exact cost is provided by the manager after the order is placed.
5. Delivery Methods
Delivery may be carried out via:
- courier service
- the company’s own transport
- self-pickup (by prior agreement)
6. Receiving the Goods
Upon receiving the goods, the customer must check:
- the integrity of the packaging
- compliance of the goods with the order
In case of discrepancies, it is necessary to report them immediately upon receipt.
7. Liability
The Company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure circumstances.
